Job Description

Do you thrive in a creative environment? Do you enjoy working with your hands and like a variety of work? Surface Experts techs use artistic principles to repair everyday surfaces such as floors, counters, tubs, cabinets, and more.

Our mission at Surface Experts is to develop outstanding teams by investing in strong relationships. Together we solve our customers' problems by reducing the waste of time, money, and materials that end up in landfills.

We are a national franchise building local teams. We are looking for a field technician who can learn quickly and commit to at least a 2‑year tenure.

Requirements

• Experience with hands‑on work: construction, manufacturing, or a relevant hobby.
• An art background is helpful but not required; color matching skills are essential.
• Commitment to a minimum 2‑year tenure.

Surface Experts is an all‑inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair small damage to surfaces such as floors, countertops, bathtubs, cabinets, appliances, furniture, and elevator panels – almost everything. We pride ourselves on fast service with a friendly, professional atmosphere.

• Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate; competitors focus on complete resurfacing.
• Our repairs use only 1‑2 tablespoons of product, allowing technicians to carry all tools in a small vehicle and complete work in less than two hours.
