Why You’re Here
We seek a creative and resourceful Senior Video Editor who can transform detailed direction and loose concepts into sleek, captivating videos. The ideal candidate works at a fast pace, delivering high‑volume, high‑quality short‑form content for the web and digital platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategic Planning: Meet weekly with the Manager of Creative Video to brainstorm and push new ideas for videos and projects.
- Concept & Asset Management: Conceptualize projects and manage assets across multiple media platforms, collaborating with internal sales, marketing, and communications teams.
- Pre‑Production: Plan projects, manage timelines, design storyboards, and coordinate with project leads.
- Production: Shoot corporate productions, operate TriCaster, and assist with Arbonne LIVE.
- Post‑Production: Edit multiple videos weekly, animate and composite imagery in After Effects, re‑innovate existing content, and export final edits with color, sound, titling, and mastering.
- Evaluation & Improvement: Evaluate video effectiveness, stay up to date with new technology, pitch ideas, and implement process improvements.
- Corporate Social Responsibility: Raise awareness of our commitment and participate in activities that positively impact the environment and local communities.
What You Need
- At least 5 years of experience writing, shooting, and editing video content.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Technical proficiency as a camera operator with experience in shooting, lighting, and sound‑mixing.
- Knowledge of video codecs and formats, able to ingest, transcode, and move between camera workflows.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort with client interfacing roles.
- Great communication skills and a positive, energetic personality.
- Strong deadline management in a fast‑paced environment.
- Passion for storytelling and making beautiful visuals.
