About the Role The
Digital Marketing Director
will own several paid acquisition channels, including Paid Social, Retargeting, Lead Generation, and other paid digital programs. You will take the lead on channel optimization, campaign strategy, and performance measurement, ensuring all initiatives are tightly aligned with broader growth marketing objectives.
In this role, you'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners, manage key vendors, develop content and location strategies, support marketing automation workflows, and uncover new opportunities to accelerate digital performance.
What You’ll Do Own & Optimize Digital Channels
Manage paid social, retargeting, lead generation, and other paid acquisition programs
Partner with vendors and agencies to execute digital efforts, including website, media, and lead partnerships
Refine channel strategies to drive visibility, engagement, and lead volume
Content, SEO & Location Management
Maintain and optimize online content using WordPress and other CMS tools
Oversee SEO strategy, location listings, and optimization platforms (e.g., Moz)
Build and execute automated workflows across email, SMS, and other channels
Collaborate with CRM teams to ensure alignment with database structures and lifecycle messaging
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
Track performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools
Analyze KPIs, identify insights, and recommend strategies to improve ROI
Innovation & Strategic Initiatives
Evaluate emerging digital opportunities
Identify new strategic initiatives to support growth marketing
What You Bring Education & Experience
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid acquisition, or performance marketing
Certifications
Google Analytics certification (required)
Technical Skills
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.)
Strong expertise in Google Analytics
Experience with WordPress and content management systems
Experience managing vendors and digital agency partners
Demonstrated ability to run and optimize digital acquisition campaigns
Familiarity with location management tools (e.g., Moz)
Experience building automated trigger campaigns via email and text
