Job Description At Lennar, we believe the experience of buying a home should be as beautifully designed as the home itself. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead design efforts across our digital sales ecosystem, helping prospective buyers fall in love with their future home while empowering our sales teams with intuitive, high‑performing tools.
This role will drive the UX and visual design for a portfolio of impactful products, including:
Smart QR code experiences that connect buyers to communities.
Interactive digital sales presentations used by our sales team.
Beautiful, conversion‑optimized digital brochures.
Lead capture flows that surface the right home to the right buyer.
Internal dashboards and workflows that benefit from AI‑enhanced automation and insights.

Your Responsibilities
Lead the design process from concept to final visuals across web and mobile products used by customers and sales teams.
Translate user needs, product goals, and business metrics into intuitive and beautiful user experiences.
Design and iterate on digital brochures, community landing pages, digital sales tools, QR‑code‑driven discovery flows, and lead capture and follow‑up experiences.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, engineering, strategy, marketing, content, and analytics teams.
Apply and evolve Lennar’s design system while advancing the visual craft of the team.
Create user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to explore and communicate design solutions.
Conduct usability testing and apply data to make iterative, user‑informed design decisions.
Contribute to internal design showcases through reviews, email updates, and product demos.
Actively measure adoption, lead performance, and sales team efficiency to improve product outcomes.
Bonus Impact Areas
Collaborate with Analytics to measure digital tool adoption, lead performance, and conversion outcomes.
Improve sales team efficiency by simplifying workflows and clarifying next steps in the sales process.
Help define what gets showcased in design reviews and executive emails, shaping internal visibility for the team.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of UX/UI or product design experience, preferably across both customer‑facing and internal tools.
A strong portfolio showcasing both UX thinking and visual design craft.
Proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools.
Curiosity and/or experience using AI tools in your design process.
Experience collaborating closely with product, engineering, and marketing.
Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and component systems.
An ability to work autonomously and drive clarity in ambiguous spaces.
Confidence presenting your work to stakeholders, including VPs and cross‑functional teams.
Familiarity with front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) and how they impact design decisions.
Bonus: Experience designing tools for sales enablement, lead capture, or digital marketing workflows.
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements This is primarily a sedentary office position that requires the ability to operate a computer, speak clearly, hear accurately, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. Reasonable accommodation may be made for individuals with disabilities.
Benefits & Compensation
Salary range: $107,400 – $134,200 annually, subject to adjustment based on qualifications and business factors.
Possible bonuses and/or commissions.
Eligibility for company benefits, including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with $1 for $1 match up to 5%, paid parental leave, and an Associate Assistance Plan.
Education assistance and up to $30,000 in adoption assistance.
