Email & Web Marketing Executive – Profitroom
We are seeking an Email & Web Marketing Executive with strong expertise in email marketing, marketing automation, and website management to join our dynamic global marketing team.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute global email campaigns, including nurturing, re‑engagement, and lifecycle flows.
Manage email calendar, optimise segmentation, cadence, and targeting, deploy campaigns using templates and defined audiences.
Monitor performance metrics, refine strategies, maintain automation workflows, lead scoring, CRM integrations, and ensure GDPR compliance.
Create landing pages and forms in CMS, support website updates, coordinate projects with developers and stakeholders.
Align email and automation strategies with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success.
Lead CRM data quality initiatives and provide data‑driven recommendations for continuous marketing improvement.
Qualifications
Proven hands‑on experience managing email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
Excellent working knowledge of HubSpot (Marketing Hub) or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
Strong technical aptitude – comfortable learning new systems quickly and troubleshooting independently.
Experience with CMS platforms and building landing pages and forms.
Confident managing contact databases, including segmentation, list hygiene, and GDPR compliance.
Solid understanding of email marketing metrics and data‑driven optimisation.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Highly self‑sufficient and proactive – able to take ownership of projects from concept through to execution.
Excellent communication in English (C1 level) and strong collaboration skills.
Nice to have
Familiarity with HTML/CSS.
Interest in AI‑powered tools for email personalisation, content generation, or workflow automation.
