Entry-Level Communications Assistant
to join our growing event marketing, promotions, and community engagement team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to gain hands‑on experience in communications and event operations.
No prior experience required — paid training provided.
Role Overview As a Communications Assistant, you will support event leaders during live promotional events, charity initiatives, and community outreach campaigns. You’ll help create positive public interactions, strengthen brand awareness, and ensure events run smoothly from setup to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of live events, promotional activities, and community-based campaigns
Engage with event attendees, answer questions, and share key information about the client or cause
Assist with event setup, teardown, logistics, and on-site operations
Represent our clients and partner organizations with professionalism and enthusiasm
Gather attendee feedback and report insights to the leadership team
Maintain clear communication with event managers and team members throughout each event
Uphold strong and consistent brand messaging in all in-person interactions
Provide general support to the event operations team as needed
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality
Comfortable working in busy, high-energy environments
Professional attitude and presentation
Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative
