We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Entry Level Communications Associate to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping our communication strategies and ensuring that our messaging resonates with various audiences. As a key member of our communications department, you will help to create compelling content, assist with digital marketing efforts, and engage with our community through various channels.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
Create engaging content for multiple platforms including websites, social media, and newsletters.
Support the planning and execution of events and campaigns to enhance community engagement.
Conduct research to gather information and insights for communications materials.
Monitor media coverage and compile reports on public relations activities and metrics.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas for improving visibility and outreach.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to group projects.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
