Marketing Operations
Marketing Platforms:
Maintain and update marketing platforms, including the bank website, email marketing systems, on-hold messages, digital displays, digital banking platforms, online reputation platform, digital profiles and social media accounts, and others as appropriate.
Marketing Processes:
Support and implement key marketing processes, such as online reputation, marketing vendor partnerships, and branded merchandise and apparel, and others as appropriate.
Communication & Design:
Help draft and prepare communications, including emails, marketing materials, and operational signage. This may require basic design, such as formatting and resizing logos or imagery.
Campaign Lists & Performance:
Manage campaign list segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking across multiple digital channels.
Digital Systems & Upgrades:
Act as marketing point person for bank-wide digital systems and platforms. Support ongoing digital upgrades.
General Support:
Provide general marketing, administrative, executive and bank-wide assistance, as requested. This may include coordination, event set-up or take-down, distribution of materials, visiting branch locations and other activities.
Business Development Support & Sales Enablement
Sponsorship & Community Engagement:
Maintain and strengthen the sponsorship process to connect with appropriate community organizations.
External Events:
Plan, manage, or support external events hosted by the bank, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales objectives.
Sales Campaigns:
Coordinate campaigns that support sales growth and broaden visibility in the community.
Business Line Support:
Provide lines of business with tools, resources, and coordination to support sales initiatives.
Sales Materials:
Develop or maintain sales enablement materials, such as one-pagers and client-facing guides.
Requirements
Minimum education level of high school diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
At least 2-3 years of Marketing experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
Experience in design tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Suite preferred.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Positive, can-do attitude with a desire to help others.
Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Tech-forward and customer-oriented mindset.
