Overview The Marketing Manager, Paid Media, will lead the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of Lakeview’s paid digital marketing programs. This is a hands‑on performance marketing role that oversees a full‑funnel media mix, including paid search, paid social, programmatic display, online video (OLV), and connected TV (CTV), to drive qualified lead growth for the Consumer Direct Originations business.

The ideal candidate is equally strong in strategic planning and tactical execution, capable of defining key performance indicators and building high‑level media plans while also managing day‑to‑day campaign setup, testing, optimization, and performance analysis. This position reports directly to the VP of Originations Marketing.

This is a fully remote position that offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $115,000, plus an annual bonus. You'll also receive our excellent benefits package, which includes medical coverage starting on day one and a company‑matched 401(k).

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and continuously optimize paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), programmatic display, OLV, and CTV campaigns focused on generating leads from existing customers.

Manage daily campaign operations, including ad creation, audience targeting, bid management, and budget allocation.

Develop and execute A/B testing across ad copy, creative, and audience segments to improve engagement and response rates.

Partner with the VP of Originations Marketing to develop and refine the paid media strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, growth goals, and customer retention initiatives.

Identify and test new channel opportunities and growth levers, including emerging ad formats, data partnerships, and automation tools, to improve campaign efficiency and scale.

Support integrated marketing campaigns that combine paid media and other channels for cross‑channel impact.

Own end‑to‑end performance measurement across all paid media channels, from impression to loan origination.

Analyze campaign performance data to uncover trends, diagnose issues, optimize opportunities, and make data‑backed recommendations to leadership.

Forecast performance, evaluate the impact of optimization, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Partner with Creative, Product, Compliance, and Data teams to develop campaign assets, define audience segments, secure necessary approvals, and ensure effective execution across all paid media initiatives.

Serve as the primary point of contact for agencies, vendors, and platform relationships, ensuring seamless campaign execution, cost efficiency, and performance accountability across all paid media channels.

Act as the internal subject matter expert (SME) for paid media best practices, platform changes, industry trends, and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

5+ years of experience managing paid search, paid social, and programmatic media—ideally within financial services, lending, or another regulated industry.

Proven ability to drive measurable growth through digital performance marketing.

Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar tools.

Hands‑on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

Strong working knowledge of programmatic display, online video (OLV), and connected TV (CTV) platforms and buying tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and make recommendations to leadership.

Highly organized self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and results‑oriented environment.

Experience marketing to existing customer databases, including upsell, cross‑sell, and retention campaigns.

Familiarity with mortgage, lending, or financial services marketing, including compliance and data privacy requirements.
