About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Growth to lead the marketing and e-commerce teams in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive, multi-channel growth strategy, defining and tracking key performance indicators, and forecasting revenue. This role requires a strategic leader who can also execute nimbly, with a proven record of scaling DTC and omnichannel revenue. The Head of Growth will oversee brand marketing, community, influencer, and campaign strategy, ensuring the brand's voice and identity are consistent and vibrant. They will also be tasked with managing and evaluating agency partnerships, as well as leading the growth and optimization of digital channels, including DTC, Amazon, and social commerce. Applicants for the Head of Growth position at the company should have 8-12 years' of experience in beauty, consumer goods, or lifestyle brands, and a strong background in analytics with expertise in various marketing and e-commerce tools. The role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, consumer psychology, and premium brand positioning. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing marketing performance dashboards, integrating data from various platforms, and distilling insights to develop strategic recommendations.
