Position Overview

As a Visual Designer at Amniscient, you will drive the creative and functional design behind our marketing initiatives-from web design and landing pages to social, PR, and event collateral. You'll play a pivotal role in evolving our digital presence by designing high-performing, Webflow-based experiences optimized for SEO, lead generation, and brand consistency.

You'll collaborate across marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver integrated campaigns and ensure seamless design-to-development workflows, including integrations with third-party tools such as HubSpot, Termly, analytics suites, and other marketing automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage Webflow-based websites and landing pages, ensuring performance, accessibility, and SEO alignment.
  • Develop style guides, component libraries, and responsive frameworks for consistent brand execution.
  • Collaborate with content, SEO, and growth teams to align visuals with B2B performance marketing and organic search goals.
  • Create UI/UX assets that reflect brand identity while enhancing usability and engagement.
  • Integrate front-end designs with third-party tools (e.g., HubSpot, Termly, analytics platforms).
  • Design across marketing endpoints - including social media, PR campaigns, and event experiences (digital and in-person).
  • Support brand storytelling through motion graphics, interactive demos, and tradeshow visuals.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) to measure and optimize visual performance.
  • Stay current on AI-assisted design tools, Webflow innovations, and digital marketing trends.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in brand, visual, or digital design (B2B preferred).
  • Advanced Webflow proficiency, including custom code, structure optimization, and CMS setup.
  • Understanding of front-end development for seamless design-to-code collaboration.
  • Experience integrating HubSpot, Termly, and similar tools.
  • Solid grasp of SEO principles-indexing, semantic HTML, discoverability, and adaptive content.
  • Strong knowledge of typography, layout, and accessibility standards.
  • Skilled in animation, motion design, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience in industrial or emerging tech industries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CAD renderings or interactive 3D tools for event/tradeshow experiences.
