Responsibilities
- Craft Platform Messaging & Positioning: Define and evolve how we articulate the value of the Uniphore Business AI Cloud to both technical and business audiences.
- Tell a Cohesive Story: Build messaging frameworks, customer-facing content, and executive narratives that connect the dots between platform capabilities and enterprise outcomes.
- Support Technical Conversations: Collaborate with product teams, engineers, and field teams to accurately capture platform features and communicate them in a way that resonates with buyers and users alike.
- Partner with Executives: Work closely with senior leaders on strategic communications, customer presentations, analyst briefings, and thought leadership.
- Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Monitor the AI and enterprise platform landscape to keep our positioning sharp and relevant.
- Drive Field Enablement: Deliver sales training, pitch decks, battlecards, and other enablement content that makes our story easy to understand and compelling to sell.
- Create GTM Content: Own the development of solution briefs, videos, web content, and presentations that bring our platform vision to life.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing, or related GTM roles in enterprise software
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, data platforms, or enterprise infrastructure
- Proven ability to craft high-impact messaging and content that resonates across both technical and executive stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of working cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and leadership
- Strategic mindset with strong execution chops and a bias for action
- Prior experience marketing platforms with layered architectures is a strong plus
Preferred
- Background in marketing AI, data, or infrastructure platforms
- Experience bringing technical capabilities to market in a category-defining space
- Familiarity with both IT and line-of-business personas and enterprise sales cycles
