About the Role We’re looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer that will be responsible for helping our client create website and landing page designs for some of the world’s top e‑commerce brands. You’ll need to have exceptional experience with Figma and immense knowledge of UI/UX best practices. You’ll support an internal design team to produce high‑quality and high‑fidelity deliverables including designs, wireframes, and prototypes, and you’ll be responsible for presenting designs to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the UI/UX design process from concept to execution, ensuring high‑quality deliverables that meet project objectives and deadlines for your website and landing page design projects

Leverage user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions

Develop wireframes, high‑fidelity designs, and prototypes that effectively communicate user interactions and product functionality

Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and stakeholder input to continuously improve the user experience

Collaborate with cross‑functional team members and clients to create exceptional designs that drive performance

Present designs to clients and internal stakeholders throughout the design process

Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across products and platforms

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for e‑commerce/DTC brands

Exceptional expertise in Figma, as well as other tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Asana, and Slack

Proactive leadership with the ability to take initiative and defend design choices

Professional fluency in English with top‑tier written, reading, and speaking skills

Outstanding project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail

Permanent access to a computer with reliable and high‑speed Internet connection

Ability to work in US Eastern Time, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)

Previous experience working the graveyard shift
