Key Responsibilities
Partner with marketing leadership to develop long‑term financial strategies aligned with brand growth and market expansion goals.
Evaluate investment opportunities across channels and geographies to guide resource allocation and prioritization.
Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to assess risks and opportunities in marketing plans.
Provide insights into customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and channel profitability to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with analytics teams to integrate financial metrics with marketing KPIs for holistic performance tracking.
Own the marketing budget cycle, including planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Deliver timely and accurate financial reports to marketing and finance senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and support audit and control processes. Act as a liaison between finance, marketing, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on strategic goals. Influence decision‑making through clear communication of financial insights and strategic recommendations. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting tools, and data accuracy. Champion automation and digital tools to enhance efficiency and insight generation. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in commercial finance, operational finance or FP&A. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and communication skills. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross‑functional alignment. HYBRID
— This role is categorized as HYBRID. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Warren MI, three times per week, at minimum. This job is not eligible for relocation benefits.
