About the role This role offers the opportunity to relocate to Poland, Spain, or the UAE . You'll receive support from Revolut throughout the entire process. Once you move, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely or hybrid from an office in either Krakow, Barcelona, Madrid, or Dubai.

We're looking for a Product Designer to lead the design process from discovery to delivery, always keeping in mind our customers and their interests, to build features they love.

What you'll be doing
Partnering with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, etc. to define customers and business needs
Identifying key metrics for projects and taking ownership for achieving their success
Researching and bringing forward new findings and learnings to reach company goals, such as launching in new territories and offering new features
Designing products that solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every detail, from wire-framing to designing end-to-end flows and prototypes
Running guerrilla and customer testing workshops
Implementing solutions with the Tech team, and presenting actions during design reviews
Reviewing release performance, identifying learnings, and finding ways to enhance it
What you'll need
4+ years of experience designing world-class commercial apps in-house
A portfolio featuring examples of product design work
Impressive design skills across iOS, Android, and web platforms
The ability to think at a high level about product strategy and articulate design decisions
Knowledge of technical implications in design decisions
The ability to take ownership of design process and work as self-directed member of the development team
High UX focus and an understanding of customer behaviour
Skills in typography and grids
A love for problem-solving
Nice to have
A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related technical field
Experience programming and the ability to code simple prototypes
Experience designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems
Experience working in fast-paced, startup environments
