Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities

Responsible for fostering a fun environment

Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co‑workers

Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company‑sponsored events

Responsible for providing guidance and daily supervision to promotions staff/function in the Marketing department. Supports and administers operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives.

Adheres to scheduling and coordinates with manager any scheduling concerns, with attention to guest satisfaction.

Develops, coordinates, and executes all retail promotions, direct mail promotions, and special events to target retail and database customers while supporting compliance to departmental budget.

Reviews and approves all Elite Bonus Suite (EBS) and Micro Gaming Technologies (MGT/Everi) promotions.

Drafts all Promotional Guidelines and Checklists.

Supports the efforts and projects of the VP of Marketing and/or Director of Marketing as requested.

Coordinates internal support related to each special event, promotion, or entertainment for all appropriate departments.

Analyzes the effectiveness and success of promotions, special events, and entertainment and VIP parties.

Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise.

Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.

Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

Consult with vendors to improve customer service and reduce problems in the environment

Meet department uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements.

Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter.

Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.

Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.

Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned.

Requirements

Associates Degree (A.A.) in marketing, finance, or related area; or equivalent experience of two years of administrative or special events/promotions experience required, preferably in Marketing

Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Must have technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Possess excellent oral and written communication skills; strong client interface and presentation skills preferred.

Must have demonstrated ability to drive toward results.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.

Compliance with all regulatory, governmental, and safety requirements

Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment.

Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in vary work areas such as confined spaces
