Field Marketing Representative
Location: Woodbridge Corporate Plaza (Iselin, New Jersey)

As we expand our outreach, we need dedicated Field Marketing Representatives to help us connect with homeowners, educate them about free inspections and estimates, and schedule consultation appointments with our sales and installation teams.
What You’ll Do
Visit neighborhoods door‑to‑door to introduce homeowners to our free roofing / window / home‑improvement inspections.
Represent Grapevine Pro at community events, fairs, shows, and local expos.
Engage homeowners, explain the benefits of our services, and generate interest in free estimates.
Schedule appointments and turn in leads for our sales team to follow‑up.
Track activity and leads, and report results daily or weekly.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary pay + bonuses/commissions per qualified appointment (uncapped earning potential).
Paid training and on‑the‑job support.

Opportunities for advancement within the company — e.g. team lead, marketing manager, or sales roles.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
Outgoing, motivated, and comfortable canvassing neighborhoods or talking with homeowners.
Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
Previous canvassing, door‑to‑door, or marketing experience is a plus — but not required.
