Job Description Are you disciplined, design-obsessed and inventive enough to produce the thoughtful and innovative work that our clients expect from Medium Giant? Can you produce great work within the constraints oflarger brand ecosystems, limited budgets, and tight deadlines? Can you collaborate with not just other designers but also account managers, brand planners, writers, developers, photographers, manufacturers, musicians, etc. to create multi-channel branding, marketing and advertising deliverables in print and digital media? From visual identity systems to multi-channel campaigns and content-driven digital experiences, you will have the opportunity to co-create the type of work you love alongside a team of talented creative professionals. Role and Responsibility
Design and production of consistently excellent visual identity systems, advertising campaigns, collateral material, presentations, digital assets, etc.
Design and production of internal documents, decks, support graphics for our blog, social media posts, etc.
Implementation and production of channel-specific deliverables basedon approved campaign concepts (resizing, adapting, formatting, etc.)
Assisting with client or industry-specific preliminary research
Curating and maintaining asset libraries for clients (stock photography, video, vector graphics, etc.)
Design and production of mockups, prototypes, infographics, etc. for client presentations, internal presentations, ideation sessions, etc.
Develop, present and defend design concepts to senior art directors, creative directors and cross-functional team leaders,in a well-articulated, engaging and detail oriented manner.
Collaborate with brand planners, account managers, content strategists and art directors in order to bring concepts to life through excellent design.
