Position Overview FranDevCo is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead strategic planning, execution, and client relationship management for our franchise development marketing programs. This role requires a highly skilled digital marketer who can think holistically, manage complex campaigns across multiple platforms, and serve as a trusted advisor to franchisor clients.

You will manage accounts directly, optimize lead-generation strategies, ensure strong campaign performance, and help shape long-term growth initiatives. As the department expands, this role may evolve into a leadership opportunity with direct mentorship and team development responsibilities.

Client Strategy & Relationship Leadership

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trust-based, long-term partnerships.

Lead client discovery, onboarding, and strategy development aligned with franchise growth goals.

Deliver strategic recommendations based on industry best practices, performance insights, and client objectives.

Campaign Planning & Execution

Build and oversee digital lead generation strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and additional paid channels.

Collaborate with internal teams to execute integrated, high-performing marketing campaigns.

Audit and optimize client websites, landing pages, and content to improve conversion rates and search visibility.

Performance Management & Reporting

Track, analyze, and interpret campaign data using platforms such as Google Analytics, WhatConverts, CRM systems, and ad manager tools.

Provide clear, actionable performance reporting, translating data into strategic insights and recommendations.

Identify gaps, troubleshoot performance issues, and implement optimizations to strengthen lead quality and ROI.

Team Mentorship & Development

Guide and support coordinators or junior team members, sharing strategic frameworks and advanced marketing techniques.

Provide coaching, feedback, and best practices to elevate team performance.

Promote a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented culture within the marketing team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management

Work closely with creative, content, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.

Manage timelines, deliverables, and task coordination using platforms like Asana.

Act as an internal advocate for clients, ensuring their goals are understood and flawlessly executed across departments.

Key Qualifications

5+ years of experience in digital marketing account management, with at least 3 years in multi-location or franchise marketing.

Demonstrated success managing SEO, PPC, paid social, and digital lead generation programs.

Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and WordPress.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Experience mentoring team members or leading small teams.

Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and client-facing relationship skills.
