
Responsibilities
Understand the goals and objectives of agency and brand partners, ensuring the team delivers timely, bar-raising results
Develop media plans for agency & brand partners for a roster of gold-tier accounts
Partner with the sales team to develop and nurture relationships with agency & brand marketing teams
Steward media plan through execution, understanding pacing, performance and optimizations that are needed to deliver upon KPIs.
Collaborate cross-functionally, partnering with CSM, Sales, Ads Analytics, AdOps and other internal teams through campaign lifecycle.
Contribute to the RFP process with innovative ideas and media plans that perform
Leverage pilot, testing and beta opportunities on the roadmap to win agency and brand business
Requirements
6 or more years of progressive media planning experience in an advertising agency, publisher and/or a client setting
3 or more years of experience in digital media
2 or more years of direct or indirect leadership experience inclusive of mentoring, coaching, and/or problem solving
Experience working cross functionally on large scale projects
Preferred
Experience with integrated media strategy
Experience working for, or with, a RMN or media publisher
Curiosity and eagerness to stay current on media consumption and industry trends
Proactive problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
