LiveMe is looking for a
Content Marketing and Operation Manager to join its fast-growing US team. The Content & Talent Operations Associate will be responsible for researching, collecting, analyzing and reporting performance and data of existing broadcasters, identifying the right content to be presented on the platform, executing broadcaster / talent / content events, liaising with overseas colleagues and partners, and assisting with as‑needed assignments to support the U.S. team.
What you will be doing…
Develop and publish monthly content operation report to show marketing progress against KPIs, campaign performance and campaign planning status
Responsible for planning, development and management of content to achieve key goals
Identify and manage existing and new content creators from different platforms
Activate content partnership resources and lead influencer content campaigns and activations
Implement operation strategy for community growth
Provide inspired leadership for the content team
Liaise with overseas teams and partners
What we are looking for…
Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field is preferred
Experience in content campaign / marketing and management
Understanding of content operation and a strategic thinker about strategy
Solid understanding of financial management and data analytics
Passionate about livestreaming, social media, and new technologies. Prior experience as a broadcaster preferred
Detail oriented and highly organized
Ability to interact with broadcasters, colleagues, and business partners in a polished and professional demeanor
Seamlessly optimize global time zone differences to maximize efficiency and results
Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English
