Home Helpers of Danville and Walnut Creek has been in business since 2005. Our agency provides care to seniors in their own homes. We are looking for a Marketing and Sales Manager to visit facilities around the East Bay and cultivate relationships with referral partners. This position does not require office reporting but involves extensive driving to key partner facilities.
Qualifications:
College graduate with 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing; home care industry preferred.
Valid California driver’s license.
Creative, self‑motivated, kind and pleasant disposition.
Enthusiastic about what Home Helpers provides and able to communicate that.
Comfortable meeting new people and maintaining contacts.
Located in the I‑680 corridor area.
Responsibilities:
Identify and establish relationships with referral sources.
Follow up and foster deeper relationships with referral sources.
Maintain brochure supply.
Order promotional items as needed.
Prepare marketing plan.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
