Senior Telecommunications Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Telecommunications Analyst for our client who meets the following criteria:
Language: English
Security Clearance: NATO Secret
Location of Work: Onsite – 3701 Carling Ave, Ottawa, ON
Mandatory requirements:
Education: Certificate, diploma, or degree in telecommunications, information technology or computer science from a recognized Canadian* post-secondary institution.
Experience: 36 months telecommunications, informatics, computer science or other relevant experience.
The proposed resource must also demonstrate 3 years’ experience within the last 5 years conducting network engineering or senior network management.
The proposed resource must demonstrate the ability to clearly and accurately articulate detailed network configuration information across a broad range of networking technologies, including:
OSPF and BGP routing protocols
Subnetting and IP addressing
Network protocols and well-known ports
VLANs
Tunneling and overlay technologies (e.g., GRE, DMVPN)
Access Control Lists (ACLs)
Spanning Tree Protocol (STP)
To be deemed responsive, the Bidder must provide:
At least one (1) project description that clearly demonstrates the resource’s experience configuring, analyzing, or troubleshooting each of the technologies listed above.
A company name and reference for the work completed
A description of the resource’s role and responsibilities on the referenced project(s), detailing how they applied these networking technologies in an operational, enterprise, or defence environment.
Dates and duration for each project provided, along with the client or organization where the work was performed.
If possible, specific examples showing the resource’s ability to explain or document complex network configurations (e.g., network design documents, configuration guides, routing analyses, or equivalent).
