We're looking for a talented and passionate Visual Designer to join Wildlife's Game Art Team in São Paulo.

Our Visual Designers work on finding solutions to complex systems with a focus on visual clarity and design cohesiveness. The Visual Designers collaborate with artists, Product Managers, Engineering and creative leaders to establish the first and most important point of contact with the players, the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX). They also help build and maintain a solid visual identity for our IPs inside and outside our games.

What you'll do
- Craft: Create the design of all elements related to user interfaces, including: menus, illustrations, HUD, pop‑ups, key visuals, UI style guides, Design System; develop the UX of our games, including prototypes, wireframes and mockups.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Art Directors to help establish a cohesive look for our games. Work with Product Managers, Engineers and Designers to deliver user‑friendly experiences to our players.
- Game Developer Mindset: Create and implement optimized design assets with a clear understanding of player experience while working under tight deadlines.
- Problem Solving: Work on different projects and use your skills to solve problems related to Visual Design and connected areas.
- Communication: Use excellent communication skills in a collaborative and diverse work environment.
- Branding: Support additional designs for game‑specific branding inside and outside the game.
What you'll need
- Experience as a Visual Designer, UI Artist, UX/UI Designer or similar role.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
- A resume and an online portfolio showcasing your work.
- Availability for hybrid work.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in games, especially mobile titles.
- Knowledge of at least one game engine (especially Unity) and understanding of the game development pipeline.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, illustration and 3D asset creation.

- Craft Knowledge: Use your taste in composition, colors, layout, and typography to create high‑quality design assets such as menus, buttons, icons, etc. Experience building and maintaining Design System, Style Guides and Libraries.
- Team Player: Self‑motivated, actively seeks feedback and shares knowledge.
- Multidisciplinary: Visual designer with a multidisciplinary approach, having illustration and UX design experience.
- Visual Presentation: Care about presentation; online portfolio with proven experience designing interfaces for products on mobile platforms.
- Software Expertise: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, curious to learn new software, and up to date with screen design tools such as Figma.
