Videographer (On-Site) Job at Guadalupeshrine in La Crosse

The Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe is seeking a full-time creative and motivated Videographer to join our media team on-site in La Crosse, Wisconsin. This role supports the Shrine’s mission by capturing and editing video content for digital platforms (including Instagram and YouTube) and assisting with live-streaming liturgies and events.

Responsibilities

• Film and edit content using project outlines or scripts
• Film and edit videos for social media, promotions, events, and ministry projects
• Create short-form and long-form videos for mixed use
• Assist in all stages of video production and livestreaming
• Operate live-stream systems (training provided)
• Maintain an organized digital asset library for easy retrieval and use in various media
• Make revisions based on feedback from multiple project stakeholders
• Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas
• Organize and categorize testimonies, reviews, and online brand identity and sentiment

Qualifications

• 1-5 years experience in video production
• Proficiency in Davinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere
• Good understanding of social media formats
• Ability to collaborate in a creative team environment
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
• Commitment to upholding Catholic values and representing the Shrine’s mission

Note: this role requires flexible availability such as working weekends to livestream/film events and Masses.
