Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Print and Digital Advertising Sales Representative located in St. Louis, Missouri. The role involves identifying and securing advertising opportunities for print and digital media platforms, managing client relationships, handling contracts and ad placements, and meeting sales goals. The representative is responsible for conducting outreach to prospective advertisers, maintaining a client portfolio, and staying informed about advertising trends and competitors' offerings in the industry.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, relationship management, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Skills in communication, negotiation, and client retention
• Familiarity with print and digital advertising platforms, marketing strategies, and campaign development
• Proficiency in CRM software and other tools for tracking leads, customer interactions, and sales performance
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and mission-driven environment
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Catholic values and an understanding of the mission of the Archdiocese of St. Louis is a plus

Compensation

Base plus commission, in accordance with a collective bargaining agreement
