Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AEM Content Author who will be responsible for creating, editing, publishing, and managing digital content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate should be highly skilled with AEM’s Touch UI, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and DAM, ensuring consistent, accurate, and brand‑aligned content across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish digital content (text, images, videos, documents) using AEM components and templates.
• Manage end‑to‑end content lifecycle including creation, review, approval, and publishing through AEM workflows.
• Build and maintain Content Fragments (CFs) and Experience Fragments (XFs) for reusable, scalable content delivery.
• Work extensively with AEM DAM to organize, tag, and optimize digital assets.
• Apply SEO best practices (metadata, keywords, alt text) and ensure adherence to WCAG accessibility standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience as an AEM Content Author or similar web content role.
• Strong expertise with AEM Touch UI, components, templates, CFs, and XFs.
• Good understanding of content management principles and working with DAM.
• Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS and how content integrates with technical components.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
