smartdept. inc. is looking for a freelance remote Graphic Designer to support a short-term print advertising project. This role is ideal for a designer with hospitality or property marketing experience who can deliver clean, engaging print design under a quick turnaround.

This is a project-based engagement to create a full-page print-ready ad. All assets (copy, photography, brand guidelines) will be provided by the client.

Responsibilities

• Design a full-page print-ready advertisement for a magazine.

• Create 2–3 initial design concepts aligned with brand guidelines.

• Incorporate 1 round of revisions based on client feedback.

• Collaborate remotely with the Marketing Director to ensure brand consistency.

• Deliver final print-ready files on deadline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic design experience (agency or in-house).

• Hospitality, hotel, or property-focused design experience strongly preferred.

• Proven experience with print design—magazine ads, brochures, one-sheets, etc.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required).

• Strong eye for layout, typography, and brand alignment.

• Ability to interpret client assets and produce polished creative quickly.

• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
