Graphic Designer
We’re looking for a creative, multidisciplinary Graphic Designer to shape our brand’s visual storytelling across mostly digital, but also offline touchpoints. You’ll turn marketing ideas into high-impact visuals and simple motion – from ad creatives and landing page visuals to ebooks, socials, presentations, and merchandise. You’ll leverage the power of generative AI to accelerate your workflow and deliver high-quality output, with full access to modern AI tools and the freedom to experiment with new asset-creation pipelines. This role is perfect for a visual storyteller who blends strategy with aesthetics, feels at home in a fast, agile setup, and enjoys sharing know-how with the team.
Responsibilities
Design & Motion (social-first)
- Produce ad creatives, campaign key visuals, and animated social assets (5–20s loops, reels/TikToks, micro-interactions for web).
- Create visuals for landing pages, product presentations, and content marketing (ebooks, webinars, infographics).
- Prepare presentations (Sales/Marketing), event materials, brochures, and merch.
AI-supported production
- Use generative tools to speed up workflow and create unexpected, visually compelling assets. AI should act as a supportive tool that enhances creativity, accelerates production, and helps deliver high-quality output.
- Build prompt libraries, style guides, and smart templates to speed up production.
Brand systems & consistency
- Evolve our brand system; design icons and illustrations aligned with guidelines; ensure visual consistency across channels.
Knowledge sharing & collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales to meet strategic goals.
- Lead internal show-and-tell sessions (presentation guidelines, AI tips, motion basics).
Quality & delivery
- Manage files, specs, and exports; maintain a tidy library; deliver on time across multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years in graphic/marketing design (agency or in-house).
- Proficiency in Figma, Google Slides, Canva and Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Evidence of simple motion skills for social/web (e.g., AE, Runway, Pika, Canva/CapCut motion).
- Strong grasp of visual storytelling, composition, and typography; portfolio spanning static + motion.
- Experience in marketing design, understanding of brand systems and scalable libraries, experience creating storyboards and key visuals for campaigns.
- Demonstrated, strategic use of AI tools to streamline workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, Canva Magic Studio), with clear examples in the portfolio.
- Excellent organization, ability to present ideas in a structured way, attention to detail, proactive mindset, clear communication; team player.
Nice to have
- Deeper motion design (After Effects, Animate) and video editing skills.
- Experience using Figma Buzz to automate and speed up asset creation.
- Offline & merch design; infographic and iconography systems.
- Tools like Slack, Miro, Sketch, Asana; familiarity with HubSpot CMS.
- Experience working in tech or IT companies, SaaS and with B2B clients.
