Description
We are seeking an experienced and bilingual Coordinating Producer to join our TV Sports team, focusing on overseeing Formula 1 (F1) productions. This role will involve managing sponsor integrations, executing production elements, and ensuring smooth execution of live broadcasts. The Coordinating Producer will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality production. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and have experience with graphics, promotions, and marketing integrations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Sponsor Integrations for F1 Productions: Manage the integration of sponsored content, messaging, and branding into F1 broadcasts, ensuring quality execution that meets sponsor expectations.
- Execution of Production Elements: Develop and refine show elements, ensuring smooth delivery and pacing during live broadcasts.
- Collaborate with Internal & External Partners: Work with internal teams (ecosystem, design, sales, marketing) and external partners (sponsors, vendors, F1 representatives) to ensure all production elements are coordinated and executed flawlessly.
- Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize deadlines, and stay organized under pressure during live sports broadcasts.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays as required by the F1 Grand Prix schedule.
- Production Reports: Create detailed production reports during and after live F1 events, tracking progress, issues, resolutions, and key outcomes for internal stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in TV sports production, with a focus on live sports broadcasts, particularly motorsports and F1.
- Proven experience with managing sponsor integrations in sports broadcasts.
- Strong experience in creating and managing rundowns and formats for live sports events, especially F1.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a live broadcast environment.
- Ability to create production reports and provide detailed updates during live F1 events.
- Familiarity with graphics, promotions, and marketing integrations in sports broadcasts.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in alignment with the F1 Grand Prix schedule.
- Knowledge of broadcast equipment and production software.

- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate a strong point of view clearly and succinctly.
- Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills; ability to develop strong working partnerships inside and outside of Apple.
- Self-starter who works effectively in a fast-paced environment; is comfortable managing ambiguity while delivering results with minimal guidance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly translate data into actionable insights; ability to develop and manage against detailed production budgets.
- Strong project management capability with exceptional attention to detail.
- Energetic and collaborative teammate who never loses focus on the end consumer.
- Strong passion for media and consumer technology.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,800 and $274,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
