Job Description

UI/UX Designer – Huntsville, AL

Full Visibility is seeking a UI/UX Designer to work in Huntsville, AL. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret/SCI Eligible clearance. The UI/UX Designer works with the development team to build mock‑ups of intuitive interfaces, provide a consistent look and feel across case‑management teams, review user experience feedback and adjust accordingly, work with users to understand use cases, update and maintain style guides, ensure 508 compliant and responsive designs, oversee all visual design efforts, guide, mentor, and coach team members, manage external service resources and budgets, ensure successful completion of work on time and on budget, and ensure compliance with project management and change control processes. The role also involves developing proofs‑of‑concept, researching user needs, facilitating usability testing, and communicating recommendations for system changes.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret/SCI Eligibility Clearance
• At least six (6+) years of experience in UX/UI design, interaction design, or front‑end product development
• Strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end UX work across web or mobile applications
• Strong HTML/CSS (SCSS) experience
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe frameworks
• Proven experience designing clean, modern, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms
• Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles, with an emphasis on minimizing clicks and simplifying user flows
• Demonstrated ability to create responsive layouts that adapt seamlessly across devices and screen sizes
• Experience designing intuitive, accessible, and easy‑to‑use buttons and interactive elements
• Proficient with industry‑standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Experience working closely with developers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of designs
• Robust decision‑making skills and domain knowledge
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or, in lieu of a degree, 4 additional years of experience
