Job Title: UX/UI Designer

Project: Cielo/VXT Web Management Portal

Location: Remote

Project Context: You will be part of a cross-functional team developing a web-based management platform for the Samsung VXT Pusher system. This project transforms a single-tenant, locally-configured daemon into a multi-tenant, cloud-managed solution for dynamic ad placement in smart TVs. The platform will enable Cielo administrators to onboard clients and allow those clients to configure their video control systems through an intuitive web interface. The team includes a Product Manager, Software Architect, Full-Stack Developers, QA Engineer, and DevOps Engineer, all working together to deliver a production-ready solution on Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders and conduct user research to understand admin and client user needs
• Facilitate prioritization activities for features and user stories in collaboration with the Product Manager
• Create comprehensive user experience flows for both admin and client portals
• Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma
• Develop a cohesive design system and component library for the platform
• Ensure responsive, mobile-first design principles across all interfaces
• Design intuitive interfaces for complex features including visual rule builder with drag-and-drop functionality, screen and camera configuration interfaces, task definition and management workflows, and multi-tenant organization management
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
• Provide detailed design specifications and assets for smooth developer hand-off
• Create user onboarding flows and help documentation, and maintain visual consistency aligned with Cielo’s brand throughout the platform

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web platforms and SaaS applications
• Strong portfolio showcasing responsive web design, complex workflow design, and modern UX practices
• Proven experience leading discovery sessions and user research activities
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate feature prioritization workshops with stakeholders
• Expert proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design system creation
• Experience designing for multi-tenant B2B platforms or admin portals
• Familiarity with Next.js and modern web technologies
• Ability to design complex, data-driven interfaces such as dashboards, configuration tools, and rule builders
• Strong understanding of information architecture and interaction design patterns
• Ability to work closely with developers and PMs in Agile environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder presentation skills
• Experience conducting usability testing and incorporating feedback
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have

• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Knowledge of TypeScript and Tailwind CSS
• Understanding of video streaming or media management systems
