Position Summary The Junior Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing team in planning and executing campaigns across traditional, digital, and experiential channels. This role is highly organizational and administrative, helping to keep campaigns on track by managing calendars, preparing reports, and coordinating between internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about music, and eager to build a foundation in marketing within the entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

Maintain campaign calendars, timelines, and status trackers.

Coordinate communication between marketing, creative, digital, publicity, and external vendors.

Support in the preparation of campaign decks, one-sheets, and presentations.

Gather campaign results and compile reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Track marketing expenses, invoices, and budgets in collaboration with finance/ops.

Help coordinate events, promo opportunities, and artist appearances.

Provide general administrative support to the Senior Director of Marketing and the wider marketing team.

Qualifications

1–2 years of internship or entry-level experience in marketing, promotions, or entertainment preferred (recent graduates encouraged to apply).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (PowerPoint/Slides, Excel/Sheets, etc.).

Familiarity with music marketing, promotions, or event coordination is a plus.

Passion for music, entertainment, and creative storytelling.
