They have a headcount of 300+ and growing; a massive campus office in downtown LA with a fully loaded studio space sprawling over 120K sq ft, offices in New York, an international production op to support global campaigns; and a vast expanding portfolio of prestigious clients across multiple (fun) verticals. Has 3+ years of experience leveraging research and data insights to own and drive performance-driven paid social campaigns across platforms Can lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior strategists while collaborating with Production to deliver compelling ads in line with performance targets Loves data, fast paced environments, creative problem solving and the satisfaction we get from getting things done How to apply
