Position: Senior Digital Marketing Manager The Senior Digital Marketing Manager serves as REDW's digital excellence leader, driving measurable lead generation and pipeline growth through innovative digital media and creative strategies, rigorous agency management, and data‑driven optimization.
This role requires exceptional attention to detail across management of all external vendor and agency partnerships, campaign project timelines, quality of visible, actionable, aggregated, cross‑channel campaign data, brand and message consistency throughout all touchpoints, and marketing ROI for the business.
What You’ll Do Digital Strategy and Channel Management
Develop and execute comprehensive B2B digital marketing strategy aligned with firm growth objectives and service line goals.
Create sophisticated, cross‑channel Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
Partner with key product and marketing team members on digital campaign integration and optimization initiatives focusing on conversion rate optimization, user experience, and lead capture.
Develop the overall digital strategy to support the firm and our business lines, setting clear KPIs, reporting on campaign results, and driving quick optimization recommendations and implementation.
Oversee campaign execution across all digital channels, providing direction to agency partners and internal teams, and ensuring all data can be tracked, analyzed, and reported to leadership regularly.
Agency Management And Oversight
Maintain rigorous oversight of external digital agency relationships, projects and results.
Manage all agency contracts, budgets, and SOWs.
Implement structured agency briefing process ensuring clear expectations and measurable outcomes meeting firm, services, and sales/marketing goals.
Maintain detailed project tracking system for all agency initiatives with daily status update.
Conduct weekly internal agency reviews with Marketing Director and bi‑weekly external agency meetings to drive performance, scorecard visibility, review ROI metrics and optimization and provide updates on all agency SOW’s, optimizations, creative development, and projects.
Review and approve all agency deliverables including overall campaign strategies, creative assets, keyword and media campaigns, and weekly/quarterly performance reports.
Ensure processes in place that foster collaboration and support of all internal marketing team members and service/business contacts, critical to successful campaign accuracy, launch and results.
Creative And Brand Oversight
Lead agency copy and creative input process in partnership with product management and brand/content teams.
Coordinate creative development between internal team, offshore resources, and agency partners.
Implement A/B testing framework for continuous creative optimization.
Manage creative reviews through appropriate channels prior to approvals.
Review and approve all digital creative, planning for and meeting tight deadlines, for brand compliance, messaging accuracy, customer experience, test/learn results, and performance potential.
Analytics And Performance Management
Conduct comprehensive audits and analysis of data using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), HubSpot Dashboards, CRM and any other available data sources as required.
Monitor paid media campaign performance daily, identifying optimization opportunities and addressing underperformance immediately.
Implement attribution modeling to demonstrate marketing's impact on revenue.
Track and optimize conversion paths across all digital touchpoints.
Present monthly digital marketing performance to leadership team with actionable recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Product Marketing Manager, Brand/Content Manager, and Marketing Operations Manager on all service‑specific digital campaigns and go‑to‑market strategies.
Collaborate with Marketing Operations Manager specifically to implement and optimize marketing automation workflows, tracking, reporting and optimization.
Identify opportunities to elevate experience and collaborate with team members.
Coordinate with offshore team or agency partners on digital content production as needed.
Support sales team with digital tools and resources for account‑based selling.
Platform Knowledge And Engagement
Serve as HubSpot and GA4 power user.
Partner with Marketing Operations Manager to identify adoption of new digital tools and technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
Stay current with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies, providing monthly SME POV’s to team and firm.
Ensure understanding and compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN‑SPAM, other).
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
5‑7 years B2B digital marketing experience with demonstrable results.
HubSpot certification (Marketing Software, Content Marketing, and/or Email Marketing).
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) certification.
SQL or data analysis skills.
Proven track record of successful agency management and results.
Experience with digital creative review and brand compliance processes.
Experience managing digital budgets of $500K+ with demonstrated ROI.
Microsoft Suite.
