Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator will assist with executing marketing campaigns and support the marketing team by coordinating projects, managing content, and analyzing performance. This Marketing Coordinator role is ideal for a recent grad with strong internship experience in marketing or communications who is looking to gain exposure across clients, brands, and campaigns.
Responsibilities Of The Marketing Coordinator
Campaign execution: Coordinate and help execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media and email.
Content management: Help create, draft, and proofread marketing content.
Project coordination: Manage marketing calendars, organize teams, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and budget.
Market research: Conduct market research to identify consumer needs and analyze marketing trends.
Performance analysis: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Vendor and team communication: Serve as a point of contact for vendors and collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success.
Required Experience/Skills for the Marketing Coordinator
0‑2 years of experience in public relations, media, or communications.
Strong writing and proofreading skills; able to craft clean, compelling copy.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Analytical mindset.
Confident, professional demeanor, especially in client and media‑facing interactions.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Marketing Coordinator
Interest in the NYC media landscape.
Knowledge of influencer marketing trends.
Visual eye for presentations or event collateral is a plus.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field is required.
