What you’ll work on here

Growing MM and enterprise-focused demand generation engine

Building scalable marketing foundation for $100M ARR path, enabling systematic enterprise and mid-market opportunity creation

Building marketing-driven competitive moats through thought leadership & competitive positioning

Establishing Mintlify as the category leader for AI knowledge tooling with clear competitive differentiation strategy

Creating scalable opportunity creation systems supporting growth across enterprise and mid-market segments while systematically winning against competitors

What you bring to the table

Technical skills: Growth marketing stack, enterprise ABM platforms, mid-market demand generation, conversion optimization, marketing attribution, CRM/automation for complex B2B cycles

Experience requirements: 4-10 years marketing experience with outlier growth marketing skill — proven 2x+ growth acceleration track record, early‑to‑growth stage demand generation scaling, systematic analytical approach. Lesser experienced candidates need to demonstrate exceptional career growth and execution skills.

Behavioral competencies: Growth‑obsessed mindset with systematic experimentation, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, collaborative leadership working effectively with sales and product teams

Bonus points: Developer tools marketing, technical content creation, enterprise B2B expertise, community building, product marketing. Industry experience in SaaS/developer tools background, AI/ML industry knowledge, usage‑based pricing models, enterprise sales cycles
