Position Overview Our client is looking for a short-term contractor with proven experience recovering shut-down Instagram accounts. They need someone to help navigate Meta's support process.
This is a fully remote role, working 15 hours/week for 4-5 weeks.
Key Responsibilities
Provide recommendations to prevent future account disruptions.
Troubleshoot issues, submit appeals and elevate if needed.
Manage and monitor communication with Meta/Instagram.
Lead recovery of the company's Instagram account.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong understanding of Meta Business Manager and support workflows.
Demonstrated success restoring Meta accounts.
