POSITION/LEVEL: Junior Graphic Designer
FLSA STATUS: Exempt DEPT/OFFICE: Creative & Marketing, Atlanta, Georgia DATE: Nov 2025 REPORTS TO: VP Graphics The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for the overall research and development of concepts and design for marketing and collateral under the direction of the VP - Graphics. This position displays a strong understanding of concept development, layout compositions, color theory and typography.
Essential Job Functions
Develop and execute projects flowing through the Creative & Marketing Department for all real estate properties as well as select corporate initiatives, including the conception and design of branding and collateral, advertisements, signage, and all marketing and event materials for digital and print application
This position will have a special emphasis on the creation of pitch decks and presentations for the Services unit of the company
Work with VP - Graphics and project stakeholders (Asset Managers, Creative Managers, Leasing Associates) to develop and execute special projects supporting property-level initiatives
Interface with printing vendors regarding quotes, proofs, materials, printing process, and color to ensure alignment with project goals and oversee print job process to adhere to high quality, timeline, and budget
Edit and retouch photos for marketing materials, websites, etc.
Stock photography research
Performs other related duties as needed

Experience QUALIFICATIONS
Two to four years of related experience; or
Any combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job
Knowledge Of
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Google Workspace
MS Office Suite

Communicating graphic ideas clearly and quickly
Superior attention to detail with understanding and execution of typography and layout
Organizational and interpersonal skills

Schedule
Responsibilities may require an adjusted work schedule, travel, overtime, and evening/weekend hours to meet deadlines or attend special events
