Sircle Media
Art Director (AI or Graphic Design Focus)
Join to apply for the Art Director (AI or Graphic Design Focus) role at Sircle Media.
We’re looking for a true Art Director first — someone who can lead clients, guide teams, problem‑solve under pressure, and bring creative clarity to fast‑moving accounts. This role is 90% classic, agency‑grade Art Direction with 10% specialized skill in either AI creation or Graphic Design leadership.
What You’ll Do (Art Director – 90%)
Lead concepting, visual direction, and creative execution across brand campaigns and social ecosystems.
Own client‑facing communication: present creative, guide feedback conversations, and course‑correct challenging accounts with confidence.
Direct and mentor designers, creators, SMMs, and freelancers — ensuring alignment, clarity, and quality across all outputs.
Act as the "adult in the room": steady, proactive, decisive, and unafraid to jump in when accounts get tough. Trusted to independently run client conversations, stabilize uncertainty, and guide accounts through complexity without escalation.
Solve problems quickly, pivot ideas on the fly, and read the room to know when to shift direction.
Partner cross‑functionally to turn strategy into scroll‑stopping creative and consistent brand systems.
Participate in pitches, brainstorms, and creative reviews — bringing the energy and clarity needed to move ideas forward. Demonstrates strong, repeatable creative judgment and elevates the bar for taste, clarity, and narrative thinking across accounts.
Secondary Focus (10%) – Path A: AI Creative (if applicable)
Create and art direct AI‑generated assets (photo‑real product visuals, presentations, lifestyle scenes, motion‑ready imagery).
Introduce new tools, workflows, and experimental methods that elevate creative output.
Help mentor teammates on AI best practices, prompting, and quality standards.
Secondary Focus (10%) – Path B: Graphic Design (if applicable)
Provide feedback and mentorship to our Graphics Team.
Guide layout, typography, copy‑as‑design, and systemized content approaches.
Ensure design‑first thinking is upheld across templates, campaigns, and brand worlds.
Design elevated graphics from time to time, ranging from assets for social platforms, paid ads or email design.
Nice To Have
Brandscapes or brand identity worlds
Pattern libraries or iconography
Modular visual systems using AI
Generative brand or campaign environments
What You Bring
A strong portfolio showcasing professional Art Direction work across brand campaigns, visual systems, and social storytelling.
Experience leading teams and handling client‑facing presentations, strategy discussions, and difficult conversations with confidence.
Ability to give clear, actionable creative direction that elevates the work — not just executes it.
Comfort working in fast‑paced agency environments with tight deadlines and evolving challenges.
Who You Are
A confident communicator with presence — someone who can command a room without ego.
Calm under pressure, proactive, and solutions‑focused when projects get messy.
A team player who leads with positivity and raises the bar for those around you.
Hungry, self‑directed, and not afraid to jump into complex situations and find clarity.
Someone who truly runs toward the fire — not away from it — when the team or client needs support.
You’re Right For This Role If
You’re a skilled maker who naturally elevates the work — offering clear direction, sharing knowledge, and helping others level up through collaboration.
You love tough problems, tight deadlines, and the creative opportunities that come with them.
You see AI or design not as a shortcut, but as a craft — something to master, refine, and push forward.
You’re adaptable, modern, strategic, and ready to help lead the next era of creative at Sircle.
Compensation
$75,000 - $90,000 annually, dependent on experience.
401(k) with automatic 3% match, flexible PTO, health, vision and dental insurance, FSA options, and more.
Disclaimer Due to the anticipation of receiving a high volume of applicants, we will only be reaching out to those whose experience we feel meets the job criteria.
