Responsibilities
Help shape, promote and launch global Trust & Safety narratives, programs, and product launches.
In collaboration with cross‑functional teams, execute Trust & Safety product marketing roadmaps, set measurable results, own user & competitive insights, shape product & external messaging, and execute across channels.
Work cross‑functionally to improve visibility of Trust & Safety and product marketing efforts and develop a continuous flow of communication among relevant teams.
Be the voice of Product to Marketing, and the voice of Marketing to Product to drive alignment across product and business teams for key user audiences in local markets.
Spearhead global consistency in product marketing launch strategies and execution, including prioritization, messaging hierarchy, product value prop, positioning, and go‑to‑market plans.
Work with research and insights teams to deliver deep audience & competitive insights used for product decision making.
Partner closely with leaders in product, marketing, PR, public policy, operations, strategy and finance to ensure seamless cross‑functional coordination and go‑to‑market plans and be the glue between teams and our users.
Minimum Qualifications
Comfortable working in an experimental, fast‑paced environment within a complex, matrixed organization.
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Excellent organization, project management, and problem‑solving skills.
High level of integrity and interpersonal skills, acting as the “glue” between internal departments.
Compelling storyteller who can communicate succinctly and inspiringly to a variety of audiences, including internal stakeholders and external audiences.
Product marketing experience at mobile/tech/consumer products used by millions, ideally in product marketing, with more recent experience related to Trust & Safety or Responsibility marketing.
Experience in brand safety narratives and campaigns, trust and safety marketing, and reputation building storytelling and product marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
High level of integrity and interpersonal skills, acting as the “glue” between internal departments.
Compelling storyteller who can communicate succinctly and inspiringly to a variety of audiences.

Job Information Compensation Description (Annually): Base salary range for this position in the selected city is $112,356 – $211,112. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) savings plan with company match; paid parental leave; short‑term and long‑term disability coverage; life insurance; wellbeing benefits; 10 paid holidays per year; 10 paid sick days per year; and 17 days of paid personal time. The Company reserves the right to modify or change benefits programs at any time.
