Graphic Designer
to support the full portfolio of Peachtree Entertainment festivals, tours, concerts, and venue properties. This role will be responsible for concepting, designing, and localizing visual assets across digital, social, print, onsite, and experiential channels. Reporting to the Creative Director, this designer will play a key role in shaping the look and feel of our brands, delivering high‑quality creative at scale, and ensuring cohesive, compelling visuals across hundreds of event assets each year.
This role is ideal for an agile designer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves live entertainment, and is excited to bring ideas to life that drive fan engagement, brand identity, and ticket sales.
Responsibilities Creative Design & Asset Production
Design best‑in‑class creative assets for festivals, concerts, tours, and venues, including posters, social graphics, ad variants, email assets, merchandise mockups, onsite signage, motion graphics, and more.
Localize creative for show‑specific, market‑specific, and channel‑specific needs while maintaining brand integrity.
Produce high‑volume, quick‑turn design variations across multiple properties and formats.
Maintain consistent file organization, naming, and version control across projects.
Brand Development & Consistency
Uphold and evolve brand guidelines for all Peachtree Entertainment properties.
Collaborate with the Creative Director to refine visual identity systems and ensure brand consistency across marketing, ticketing, venues, partnerships, and onsite.
Ensure all creative reflects the distinctive voice, style, and fan experience of each event brand.
Work closely with festival marketing, show marketing, content, social media, and ticketing teams to ensure creative needs are fully supported.
Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and venue partners as needed for routing, approvals, and delivery of assets.
Partner with artist management on approvals for ad mats, posters, and marketing deliverables.
Project Management & Workflow Support
Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Utilize project management tools to track creative requests, deadlines, and asset delivery.
Support continuous improvements to creative workflows, asset templates, and production efficiencies.
Innovation & Visual Storytelling
Bring fresh, forward‑thinking design ideas that elevate fan experience and drive ticket sales.
Stay current on design trends across live entertainment, music culture, social media, and digital advertising.
Proactively identify visual opportunities that enhance Peachtree’s event footprint and brand presence.
What You Bring Required
2–4 years of graphic design experience (live entertainment, festivals, music, sports, or agency experience strongly preferred).
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and working knowledge of After Effects or motion design.
Strong understanding of digital design formats, social media optimization, and print production requirements.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to deliver high‑quality work at speed.
Ability to interpret brand guidelines, take creative direction, and iterate effectively.
Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating across departments.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly as priorities shift.
