We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead campaigns and ecosystem programs that drive adoption of our solution. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, community, and partnerships. You will be responsible for creating and executing various marketing campaigns, running ecosystem activations such as hackathons, and driving co-marketing with partners. The goal is to build awareness, engage developers, and establish our wallet as the standard for agent transactions. Responsibilities
Design and execute integrated growth campaigns aimed at driving wallet adoption across developers, partners, and ecosystems. Collaborate with the Business Development team to create and drive co‑marketing programs with partners and the broader ecosystem. Organize and manage ecosystem activations including hackathons, workshops, conferences, and developer challenges. Develop and manage content including case studies, blog posts, and ecosystem stories that highlight partner and user success. Manage marketing channels such as email, social, community platforms, and our website to promote campaigns and drive engagement. Track and optimize marketing funnel metrics, including awareness, signups, and active usage. Serve as the voice of the ecosystem internally, sharing insights from campaigns and community engagement to influence product and go‑to‑market strategy. Key Qualifications
4 to 6 years of experience in growth marketing, content marketing, or ecosystem marketing. Proven track record of executing campaigns that drove measurable adoption or user growth. Experience running partner activations including co‑marketing programs, events, hackathons, or developer programs. Strong storytelling and content development skills with the ability to translate complex technology into compelling narratives. Comfortable working across functions with business development, product, and engineering teams. Experience in fintech, blockchain, or developer tools is a plus. Why Join Us
