Manager, Pro Marketing - Security & Safety
Job Description
Resideo is in search of a strategic and results-oriented Manager, Pro Marketing - Security & Safety to develop and execute marketing programs that drive growth through our Security dealers and electricians. You will be responsible for planning and executing co‑marketing initiatives, Security/Safety Pro communications, enablement tools, and demand generation activities that help Security/Safety Pros promote and sell our solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong Security/Safety marketing experience, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of indirect sales models.
Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company and Security/Safety Pro objectives.
Work closely with sales teams and sales leaders to identify high‑impact marketing opportunities targeting key Security dealers and Electricians.
Support and oversee go‑to‑market plans for new product launches and Security/Safety Pro onboarding.
Campaign Execution
Plan and execute co‑branded marketing campaigns with Security/Safety Pros (email, digital ads, webinars, content syndication, events).
Create and distribute marketing assets tailored for the Security/Safety Pro ecosystem (sales decks, case studies, email templates, landing pages).
Security/Safety Pros Enablement
Develop Security/Safety Pro training materials, toolkits, and communications that help Pros effectively market and sell our products.
Facilitate onboarding and ongoing engagement for new and existing Security/Safety Pros.
Measurement & Optimization
Track and analyze the effectiveness of Security/Safety Pro campaigns and programs using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Report on KPIs such as lead generation, pipeline influence, ROI, and Security/Safety Pro engagement.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams including sales, product marketing, content, and operations to align efforts and messaging.
Serve as the marketing liaison for Security Dealer and Electrician Pro relationships, ensuring consistent messaging and brand standards.
YOU MUST HAVE
6+ years of experience in marketing, Security/Safety Pro marketing, or B2B demand generation.
Proven success in executing joint marketing programs and managing Security/Safety Pro relationships.
Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
WE VALUE
Strong track record of project management with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
Experience working in SaaS, technology, or manufacturing industries.
Understanding of Security/Safety Pro portals, PRM systems, and channel incentive programs.
Ability to thrive in a matrixed and agile environment.
Familiarity with account‑based marketing (ABM) strategies.

Job Information Locations: 3901 Liberty Street, Aurora, 60504, US; 2 Corporate Center Dr, Melville, 11747, US; 1985 Douglas Drive North, Golden Valley, 55422, US (Hybrid). Salary: $97,875.00‑$181,250.00 per year (range varies by location).
