Job Description The Marketing Specialist will execute the goals of the Company’s marketing and branding strategy in one or more of the following categories: customer and employee communications, public relations, advertising, event planning and coordination, customer experience, product advertising, website development, digital marketing, graphic design, and production. The Marketing Specialist will also communicate internally and externally related to all contractual agreements in conjunction with the Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
Attend internal market or departmental meetings as the marketing representative
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for outside vendors and internal management members related to advertising contracts, sponsorships, projects, etc.
As needed, author and distribute press releases internally and externally
Process and submit invoices related to respective area
Plan and attend internal and external events as the marketing representative
Accountable for leading and executing the productivity and marketing plans and projects
Oversee the distribution of marketing supplies and promotional items
Keep record of all print, radio, television, digital advertising for compliance purposes
Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activity and results
Ensure delivery of all marketing activities are within assigned budget
Update promotional materials and website related to product and process updates
Contribute creatively to the development of marketing materials
Collaborate with marketing research and prepare reports related to results tracking, expenses and research
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is required.
Minimum one (1) year working experience in marketing/public relations required
Prior working experience in a Banking or Financial institution highly desired
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Spanish or additional language a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required
Experience with Adobe suite (level of proficiency dependent upon respective area within Marketing)

Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
Ability to pull, push and carry items.
