to support communication efforts, coordinate client‑facing initiatives, and help strengthen community and partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating public-facing initiatives and community engagement activities.
Support internal communication efforts to ensure consistent messaging across departments.
Prepare materials, talking points, schedules, and documentation for PR-related activities.
Maintain organized records of outreach efforts, partnerships, and communication logs.
Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and community contacts.
Collaborate with different departments to support communication and event needs.
Provide general administrative support to the PR and communications team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Professional, polished demeanor and strong teamwork skills.
Must reside locally and be available for on-site work in Charlotte, NC.
