Senior React developer
for a Long-Term opportunity.
Work location : Rutherford, NJ (Hybrid Onsite)
W2 only or self-Incorporated only
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and related libraries.
Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries for future use.
Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
Collaborate with back-end teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth end-to-end functionality.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile development processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and system bottlenecks.
Contribute to improving development standards, best practices, and internal tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
5+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development.
Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management tools.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
Experience with build tools such as Webpack, Babel, or Vite.
Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills :
Experience with Java, Spring Boot, or other Java-based back-end frameworks.
Knowledge of full-stack development concepts.
Familiarity with TypeScript is a plus.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
