We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Innovation team and help shape a completely new engaging experience inside the product that aims for a step‑change in user retention. This is not an iteration role – you’ll work on bold, breakthrough ideas that redefine how people build healthy habits.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and iterate on new engaging product experiences that drive meaningful behavior change and boost retention.
Work end‑to‑end – from deep problem framing and rapid ideation to polished execution and in‑product experiments.
Collaborate tightly with Product, Engineering, Data, and Science to bring breakthrough concepts to life.
Use AI and gamification principles as core design tools to craft delightful and motivating user journeys.
Prototype fast, test often, and apply insights to refine concepts and scale what works.
Contribute to evolving design practices inside the Innovation team and help keep quality consistently high.
Leverage the design system, improve it when needed, and push for clarity and coherence in the experience.
Bring strong critical thinking, user understanding, and market awareness to guide bold product decisions.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience working on world‑class B2C product.
Experience with Health & Fitness apps is a nice plus.
Proficient in leveraging UX research and data analytics to inform and validate design decisions.
Strong skills in modern mobile product design, with a focus on AI integration and gamification.
A data‑driven mindset with a passion for rapid experimentation and iterative improvement.
Ability to generate, defend, and present original hypotheses and design solutions with confidence.
