We’re hiring an experienced Marketing Strategist to join our growing marketing agency in Raleigh. This is an on‑site role supporting the owners and account manager in shaping strategy across all client accounts. If you love building integrated marketing plans, analyzing performance, and guiding creative teams to produce work that moves the needle, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Lead discovery, research, and competitive analysis for client engagements
Build multi‑channel marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, paid social, email, content, web)
Create campaign plans, content frameworks, messaging direction, and testing roadmaps
Review creative and tactical work to ensure strategic alignment
Own analytics, reporting, and insights (GA4, tag manager, dashboards, attribution)
Present strategy, results, and recommendations in key client meetings
Support account management with opportunities for client growth and retention
Improve internal processes, templates, briefs, and strategic deliverables
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of hands‑on and strategic marketing experience (agency preferred)
Proven record of building measurable, ROI‑driven marketing strategies
Strong understanding of digital channels, funnels, and customer journeys
Skilled at turning data into actionable insights and clear client‑friendly stories
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Must be able to work on‑site in Raleigh, NC
Salary Range $75,000 – $90,000 with performance bonus potential.
