Skin Gym
Marketing + E-Commerce Coordinator
Location: Hybrid (3 days – In-Office) | Los Angeles, CA.
About us: We’re the team behind two fast‑growing indie beauty brands –
Skin Gym , known for next‑gen skincare tools and wellness innovation, and
PaintLab , the playful, trend‑forward press‑on nail brand redefining beauty routines.
We’re looking for a
Marketing + E‑Commerce Coordinator
with a strong focus on website and digital merchandising to keep our online stores running smoothly, optimized, and on‑brand. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing and e‑commerce – managing site updates, product launches, and reporting while supporting day‑to‑day marketing operations across both brands.
What you’ll do E‑Commerce & Site Management
Maintain and update our Shopify sites for Skin Gym and PaintLab – adding new products, updating collections, pricing, and site navigation.
Refresh homepage banners, landing pages, and promotional messaging to support launches, key campaigns, and sitewide offers.
Ensure PDPs are optimized with accurate copy, images, SEO basics, upsells/cross‑sells, and reviews.
QA the site regularly (desktop + mobile) for broken links, incorrect pricing, out‑of‑stock items, and UX issues.
Partner with our Walmart + Amazon/marketplace team or vendors to support product uploads, content updates, and promo changes as needed.
Marketing & Coordination
Coordinate marketing campaigns and product launches across email, social, paid media, and site.
Own timelines and asset trackers – making sure creative, copy, and products are ready ahead of launch.
Support content production days: organize shot lists, product pulls, props, and track final assets.
Assist with email marketing (Klaviyo) – building or QA’ing campaigns, segments, and basic flows as needed.
Help with influencer gifting coordination and UGC tracking for use on site and social.
Maintain marketing calendars, launch trackers, and task lists so the team always knows what’s coming next.
Reporting & Optimization
Pull weekly e‑commerce and campaign performance reports using Shopify and Google Analytics.
Track key KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, revenue, top products, etc.) and flag trends or opportunities.
Support simple A/B tests (creative, offers, on‑site placements) and share learnings with the team.
Who you are
1–3 years of experience in e‑commerce coordination, digital merchandising, or marketing operations (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle preferred).
Comfortable working in Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics (or similar tools).
Exceptionally organized, detail‑obsessed, and proactive – you love checklists, calendars, and clean dashboards.
Passionate about e‑commerce, UX, and converting traffic into customers, not just getting clicks.
Able to juggle multiple launches and priorities while keeping stakeholders updated.
Collaborative, positive, and excited to work cross‑functionally with social, design, operations, and leadership.
A strong communicator who enjoys both the creative and operational sides of building brands online.
Why you’ll love working with us
Join a small, dynamic team where your work directly impacts two fast‑growing beauty brands.
Get hands‑on experience across all sides of e‑commerce and marketing – from PDP optimization to campaigns to retail support.
Fun, fast‑paced, and creative in‑office culture (plus plenty of beauty product perks!).
Compensation The anticipated base pay range for this role is
$21–$26.50 per hour , depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Benefits 401(k), health insurance contribution, and pension plan.
How to apply Send your resume and a short note on:
Why you’re the right fit for this role, and
Your favorite recent beauty campaign and why it resonated with you.
